A self-evaluation tool for employees on emotional management in remote working
Introduction
During the pandemic, 48% of employees have worked from home at least temporarily, according to a Eurofund study (2020) while the WHO estimates that 60% of the European population is suffering from pandemic fatigue. Accordingly, there is a need to implement strategies for the emotional management in remote working improving the situation of remote workers.
This is a self-evaluation tool for remote employees. The survey is developed in six important skills in remote work: 1. Skill to balance work and personal life 2. Result oriented 3. Effective communication 4. Responsibility 5.Problem solving 6. Digital communication
The purpose of this survey is to build an online training system based on the information extracted.
